4. Payment Terms

- LynxLuster.com reserves the right to withhold commissions if there are issues with the order, including fraud or refund/return requests.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must ensure that the affiliate link is used only in a lawful and ethical manner.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any promotional content you create complies with relevant laws and does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Affiliates must not use misleading or deceptive practices to promote products.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on LynxLuster.com brand names or using the affiliate link in spam, misleading advertisements, or any form of unauthorized paid advertising.
- Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as official representatives of LynxLuster.com.
7. Term and Termination
- LynxLuster.com reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the affiliate.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by ceasing to promote LynxLuster.com products.
8. Liabilities
- LynxLuster.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate relationship, including but not limited to loss of profits or goodwill.
- Affiliates are solely responsible for their tax obligations and must report income as required by applicable law.

10. Confidentiality
